01Accounts and image creation

Include your account email, issue time, task ID and an error screenshot. Check running tasks in your workspace first. Do not submit duplicate paid tasks just to troubleshoot.

02Subscriptions and refunds

Open subscription management to view your plan or stop renewal. For payment questions, include the order reference, plan, purchase date and a description. Never send full card information.

03Privacy and rights reports

Use Privacy request as the subject and describe the information you want to access, correct or delete. For likeness or intellectual-property reports, provide the relevant page, task or content reference, the basis of your rights and a contact method. Further verification may be needed.

04Feedback and partnerships

Tell us which games, scenes or features you would like, and describe your intended use. Avoid attaching large collections of photos or unnecessary sensitive information to an initial email.

We investigate and respond according to the issue. Opening an email draft does not create a generation task, cancel a subscription or approve a refund.
