Terms of service
These terms describe your responsibilities and the rules for accounts, AI images, subscriptions and credits. Read them with our privacy and refund policies before registering, uploading or purchasing.

ViralMimic provides game-style image creation, private image history and subscription credits. Current billing integration is in test mode: sandbox orders and credits are not real payments. A live purchase is governed by the environment, price and terms shown at checkout. Registered operator details will be added before the commercial launch.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Our ShipAny / Better Auth account system handles email and enabled GitHub sign-in. Use your existing sign-in method to avoid duplicate accounts; contact us about identity-linking or balance problems.
Do not share accounts, impersonate another person or bypass security or usage limits. Reset credentials and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Uploads and permission
Upload only photos you own or are authorized to use, with permission from depicted people for AI processing and your intended use. Do not upload children's photos, identity documents, medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Do not create non-consensual intimate material, fraudulent impersonations, harassment, hate, exploitation or illegal content, or infringe privacy, likeness, intellectual property or other rights. We may reject requests or restrict abusive accounts.
Subscriptions and credits
Standard, Pro and Max prices, currency, tax and benefits are those confirmed at purchase. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are paid upfront and renew yearly, with credits released monthly. Unused issued credits roll over.
Current image creation costs 10 credits per task; the actual cost appears before submission. Credits are reserved on submission, settled after a deliverable image is saved and returned on confirmed failure. Uncertain provider submissions require review to avoid duplicate charges. Credits are for this service, not cash or freely transferable stored value.
Stopping renewals
Open Manage subscription in your workspace and choose Cancel auto-renewal before your next charge. We submit the cancellation to Waffo through its API. Once confirmed, future renewals stop. The current paid period and already issued credits are not removed just because you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds are separate. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. A refund may adjust issued credits and future releases as explained in the refund policy.
Outputs and rights
You keep your existing rights in uploads and authorize us and necessary processors to handle them for generation, storage, delivery, support and safety. Outputs may be inaccurate or similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee originality, ownership or fitness for a particular purpose.
Game styling, costumes and props do not grant a license from the game publisher. Check relevant rights before publishing, using images commercially or advertising, and do not imply official endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
Network, model and storage failures can cause delays. We investigate undelivered tasks and handle credits under these rules, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or results matching subjective preferences. Download images before access expires.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party interruptions beyond our control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
This page displays its update date. We will explain material changes affecting purchased services through appropriate means; a page edit does not override an existing purchase agreement. Contact us below about terms, misuse or rights concerns.
